Ticket Sales Start
Tickets, available from OgasawaraKaiun and supporting travel agents, go on sale for each journey as follows.
- For during off-peak season,reservations are available from two months before the departure date (or on the following business day).
- For during peak season(Year-end & New Year holidays, Golden Week holidays,July/August),reservations are available from the specific date that will be announced on our website and brochure as soon as fixed.
Child Fares
Ogasawara Kaiun and supporting travel agents offer child fares as follows.

| Infants: | No charge for a single infant (age 1 to 5) traveling with an adult and sharing a seat. For two or more infants traveling with an adult, the child fare is charged for each infant. Babies under age 1 are free of charge. |
Discounts
There is no discount for round-trip tickets.
| Student Fares(20% discount) : | A copy of student ID and passport are required to submit for Student Fares. (discounts apply to Economy rooms, Economy berth, and Premium berth). |

| Student group discount: | Groups of 15 persons or more will receive a 30% discount by submitting the certificate signed by the school principal (discounts apply to Economy rooms, Economy berth, and Premium berth). Group discounts are only given to groups accompanied by school personnel. |
Refunds
A refund fee shall be assessed according to the timing of the cancellation. The following table shows the refund fees that apply when canceling a 1-way adult ticket.

Changes
- A ticket holder may change the travel date or travel class one time only at no charge. Subsequent changes will be treated as cancellations. Any reduction in the number of travelers in your party will be treated as a cancellation.
